If you want my opinion you did a pretty good improvement on your facial proportion. The eye is a tad too far forward (when in profile the front edge of the eye is almost even with the edge of the lips, but ever so slightly further back)

Mirrors, mirrors, mirrors. That is the best invention ever. (I have three sitting in my room and I constantly use my own head as a reference, that is when I actually decide to draw realistically [link] , so mirrors can help you find those proportions)
